Professional leadership and a dedicated Board of Directors assure that the Foundation's mission and purpose is fulfilled. The Foundation has been legally structured to protect the funds given by donors. Quality leadership will assure that the purposes for which funds are given will be appropriately supported. Endowed funds are managed according to the Foundation covenants or donor agreements.
